About Me

Hi, my name is Cherri (pronounced like Sherry) Pitts. I believe small businesses deserve the same clarity and support as the big corporations. After 20 years of helping companies like H-E-B, iHeartMedia, USAA, and UT Health uncover inefficiencies and strengthen their teams, I've learned that real change starts with people — not just processes.

Why hire me?

My role is simple: I listen, map how work really gets done, and shine a light on the hidden gaps or blind spots that slow growth. I don't believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. From misaligned tools to unclear communication, I help you clear the clutter so you can work smarter, not harder. Every business has its own story, culture, and challenges, and by listening to founders, teams, and customers, I ensure that the recommendations are tailored to your unique needs. The result? Less stress, more time, and a solid foundation that makes scaling possible.

My Approach

I document processes, identify bottlenecks, and create practical, step-by-step recommendations. I bring the perspective of enterprise-level experience but deliver it in a way that's approachable and flexible. I put people first because when individuals feel supported, understood, and equipped, businesses thrive. I started Clear Sync Ops to empower small businesses with the confidence and clarity needed to move out of the weeds and toward a successful future.

As both a veteran and a woman business owner, I take great pride in leading a company built on service, integrity, and hard work. Our official recognition through the Texas Veterans Commission (TVC) isn’t just a formality, it reflects the same dedication and values that shaped my time in uniform. I carry those lessons forward every day, working to strengthen our community, support other small businesses, and deliver results you can count on.This is a text. Susan Price
One last thing you should know about Cherri: she’s genuinely nice and extremely humble, its easy to underestimate her. However, Cherri’s work shows the depth of understanding, incisive analytical ability and talent for finding a better solution than the one I had in mind.
Bianca Flores, PhD
Cherri is a thoughtful leader and mentor. Under her guidance in San Antonio, she taught me to align research with everyday user needs. Her mentorship strengthened my skills and guided my neuroscience doctoral training to apply data outside the laboratory.
Michael Nadelman
Cherri is one of the most dedicated people I have ever met. Not only is she a true expert in UX in every facet, she chooses to mentor and teach as many professionals around her as she can. With Cherri, UX is not just a profession, it is a philosophy aimed toward a more user friendly world.
