Hi, my name is Cherri (pronounced like Sherry) Pitts. I believe small businesses deserve the same clarity and support as the big corporations. After 20 years of helping companies like H-E-B, iHeartMedia, USAA, and UT Health uncover inefficiencies and strengthen their teams, I've learned that real change starts with people — not just processes.

I started Clear Sync Ops to empower small businesses with the confidence and clarity needed to move out of the weeds and toward a successful future.

As both a veteran and a woman business owner, I take great pride in leading a company built on service, integrity, and hard work.
